Time Warner Cable launched its new voice service, Digital Phone, in less than 18 months – along with fresh brand strategy and content for a new company website, 31 regional sites, Spanish versions, a Multicultural Marketing site and sales intranet. Featuring Digital Phone as part of a triple play of services, all of the new sites sported a stylish verbal and visual identity WP helped create for the technology innovator’s expanded product suite. 

Working with multiple internal and external teams, WP repositioned digital products and rewrote content, transforming “corporate speak” into consumer benefits. Highlighting convenience, choice and control, all communications focused on the customer’s power to bundle their favorite TV, Internet, DVR, HD and On Demand services into one affordable package fitting their lifestyle. New site architecture, navigation, user flows, designs, photographs and nomenclature, plus enhancements like Live Chat, Parental Controls and Bill Pay, all helped to create a more rewarding user experience, boosting consumer awareness as well as profits for Time Warner Cable and its investors.
