An Enhanced TV feature, Start Over is a powerful, time-shifting application allowing viewers to restart their favorite ongoing shows at the touch of a button on their remote control device. To introduce this revolutionary, free service to TWC digital TV subscribers, WP worked closely with Product Development, Corporate Marketing and Public Affairs teams to create dynamic, informative branded content for new landing pages, emails and banner ads.
Providing greater power to control and enjoy TV viewing, Start Over was an instant hit with subscribers as well as programming partners and advertisers. The app not only boosted consumer loyalty by extending TV viewing time, it increased the average program tune-in by 25%, advanced the release of Look Back, another Enhanced TV feature, resulting in the technology innovator winning new customers – and a prestigious technology Emmy Award.
