To address the critical needs of healthcare professionals, patients and families dealing with end-of-life issues, Evercare, a division of United Health Group, asked WP and its digital agency to develop a new hospice and palliative care website. Given the challenging subject matter and United’s exceptionally high standards of personalized, professional care, positioning the brand’s many services and crafting the right voice, tone and copy required extra sensitivity and TLC.
Working closely with UX, design and development partners, WP created a friendly, intuitive user experience and wrote informative, compassionate content along with banner ads to engage multiple users: patients, families, caregivers, doctors, volunteers and visitors interested in supporting loved ones in crisis. Exceeding client expectations, the new website and marketing not only help advance United’s leadership in the healthcare sector, it also strengthened relationships with the agency and its promotional partners.
