Thanks to a bold partnership between Lightpath and Get Well Network, Interactive Patient Care (IPC), an innovative healthcare service was ready to be launched to hospitals across the country.
To announce IPC’s new technology, powered by Lightpath’s advanced fiber optics, and support national sales teams to communicate its many benefits, WP and Lightpath’s advertising agency created co-branded collaterals, site landing pages and other promotional materials. The engaging, patient-centered content simplified IPC’s complex technology for healthcare professionals and highlighted how it transforms hospital room TV monitors into informative, interactive portals, enabling patients, families and caregivers to better manage the care doctors, nurses and hospital staff deliver.
The results? A 25% rise in beds in 2011 alone, attributed to hospitals in Arizona, California, Florida, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Texas and Wisconsin. The success of the IPC launch led to a rapid rate of renewals, expansions and purchases of the new service; a coup for Lightpath, Get Well Network and the agency.
